We are on the verge of buying a large plot of land in Incirkoy (outside of a
municipality) with the intention of building a bungalow for ourselves for
permenant living, however, we are getting conflicting advise from various
estate agents regarding planning permission for foreigners.
Do you know how the law lies regarding this, or could you suggest a way to
get this clarified before we put our life savings into this project.

If you are still looking for land to buy I can help you.
The law covering sales of land changed in January 2006 and you can buy village land or land outside of council areas either if there is a village plan and the land you want to buy is within the plan area or if you do a private plan for the land.
