Has anyone been to Ovacik in May time. We are going this May and was just wondering what the weather is like at this time of year. Is it warm on an evening. Your comments would be appreciated.

Ovacik is not so warm in May, I think it is the best time to come there. Weather average degrees during summer in Fethiye ;April : 21,May : 25, June : 30, July : 34, August : 34,September : 31, October : 26.

Hi Vanessa. May is a wonderful time to visit - everywhere is fresh and green and wild flowers grow in abundance. We visited the 1st week of May last year and the days were perfect but because Ovacik and Hisaronu are elevated the evenings were Chilly - with a capital C ! I understand that the evenings warmed up as the month went on but if you're travelling early in May I'd pack jeans, jacket and closed footware for the evenings just to be on the safe side. Have a wonderful time!
