We are going to the "Green Anatolia Hotel" this summer. We would like to explore some towns and beaches in the local area. Do you think we need to hire a car, or can we use the dolmus service to get around? If we decided to hire a car just for a day or two, can you recommend any agencies close to the hotel?

From Fethiye the dolmus goes to calis beach and Olu deniz. Theres also the bus station where you can get the bus to marmaris, Patara and a host of other places - you can even get the overnighter to Istanbul
Bus transport is good and cheap, much nicer to sit back and enjoy the view. There are several hire companies in the area. The staff at Green Anatolia could arrange your hire for you. But, be carefull not by Telmessos or Oscar Car Rental; ooo they are the worst car rental companies in the world !

As the hotel where you will stay a bit far away from the village center..Coming down is ok but going upto the hotel about 10min.walking distance..Especially if you come in July or August when its too hot you will certainly need..For the excursions also visit our web site www
fethiyemnet to learn places to go or you can join our excursions...For the excursions you always get pickep up dropped back to hotel... So if you like after you come try couple of days if you don't like it pay us a visit to get a car..We are based in the centre of Hisaronu Village called Cadianda Tours opposite of Post Office...

if you wish there are several travel agencies which are selling excurtions you can buy an excurtion and let they take you from your hotel and feel the difference this is the best way to go some where as a tourist and also the companies have guides who are explaning everything if you need more help e mail me ilkayide@hotmail
