Hi we are going to hisaronu in tHe summer and was just wondering if tHere are plenty of casH macHines available.
i Have never taken my card abroad before so any advice would be very welcome.
do you get cHarged commision on withdrawals?
it is a yorksHire bank card which can be used at all link machines in the uk.
Hopefully i'll be able to use it in turkey,it will save me a lot of Hassle.

Yapi Kredi Bank and Garanti Bank' machines are at square, Is Bankasi & Akbank in Center of Hisaronu. They dont charge commision than debit cards.

Hi Bristoller - yes there are plenty of cash machines in Hisaronu but last year they weren't all working all of the time. I presume in the height of the season they run out of cash temporarily! Having said that we were never stuck and always use our debit card. We are charged for the priviledge by our bank though (Lloyds) . Last year there was an office in the center of Hisaronu devoted to cashing Travellers Cheques. You only needed to present your passport once and they kept details for future transactions. Our friends found this very useful too.

just be carful using the atm myself and my friend had alot of money stolen from our acccounts using they atms
