This is a lovely hotel. Our friend, who has high standards, has been going there for 8 years.

All the rooms are in round blocks which reminded me of Swiss chalets. The benefit of this is that there aren`t many rooms to the block so less chance of being disturbed.

There are 3 pools, we spent the time when we were at the hotel by the Dolphin Pool which is where our room was. There is a snack bar/cafe there too - check out the pides (a cross between naan and pizza).

The grounds are superb and all the facilities of a high standard. There is even a sunset bar at the top of the property with a stunning view over the coast.

The hotel is now half board, with the food of a very high standard. Some evenings they set the buffet up by the main pool and you sit by the lit pool which is very pleasant.

This is one example of a hotel that tries that bit harder. They could have just left each evening meal in the restaurant as this is less effort. One night there was a presentation night where all the employees are introduced and the employees of the month announced. As my husband said, it`s not every day you sit in Turkey and applaud a maintenance man! If you book direct with the hotel, there is a free transfer from the hotel included in the price.

You`ve got the best of both worlds at the hotel, it`s far enough away from the buzz of Hisaranou but close enough if you want to go. The Hotel also puts on a free shuttle bus to Oludeniz.

In summary, a great place to relax in the sun. The number of people there who were repeat customers was a testament to the hotel.

This was our first visit to Turkey and we stayed at Montana Pine on a friend's recommendation, which turned out to be spot on!
Photos due not do justice to how attactive the blocks and grounds are, the gardens alone are beatifully designed and maintained. We saw lots of resort hotels in the surrounding area but none were as pretty or private as Montana.
The rooms were comfortable and kept spotless and although we had a downstairs room, hardly anyone walked past during the whole week. It was cool and the air conditioning worked well at night, greatly appreciated as we stayed during an unseasonable heatwave.
The food was superb, being freshly prepared, plentiful, varied and mainly Turkish. The nights we ate outdoors by the pool were delightful.
The staff were attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble or forgotten. We actually found the credit card system worked well with receipts to keep tabs on overall spending.Yes, the drinks were quite pricey but in a similar way to english hotel prices (larger bottles of water are the cheapest).
The entertainment, whilst not being particularly sophisticated or slick, was enjoyable and inclusive without being pushy or tacky. It also gave a flavour of Turkish rather than english culture. Quieter bars on site were availble which was a welcome option. This hotel is a cocoon of hospitality and comfort, there are plenty of trips and pursuits available but the main theme is comfort and relaxation. Credit goes to the army of hard working staff who maintain it.

First Class Service. My husband and I have just returned from a weeks
holiday at the Montana Pines. On arriving in the early hours of the morning, having been awake for nearly twenty four hours, our spirits were not dampened when we saw the surroundings that was to be our home for the week. On arriving at the hotel security gate, we were informed to leave baggage as the porter would bring it to our room. Wow!!just like the Ritz!! The night manager was extremely helpful and
explained all hotel procedures. We stayed in a well furnished large room slightly lower down on the mountains and away from any interference from our neighbours. Breakfast was set with scenic views
on the restaurant balcony as was dinner. All food was in buffet style
and absolutely fantastic. Whilst there, we encountered dinner by the pool on a couple of occasions and with some sort of entertainment. The service in this hotel was second to none, and I would suggest that the star rating be 5 as opposed to 4.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was to much trouble. We were treated like Lord's. Pay a visit to Sunset Bar which
opens 7 untlill 8.30 for obvious reasons. The views are stunning!!. If I had to moan about any particular aspect, I would suggest that the disco (which nobody danced to) be restricted after the professional entertainment has finished, and not to have a selected evening for this. It was pretty boring!! All in all we can say that if you are a couple with a young family, honeymooners, or like us middle-aged, then this is the place for you. However, the hotel taxis
cost only 10 YTL if one fancies a bit of night life in Hisoronu. Cheaper on drinks....... but noisy. Pay the extra and stay put. We shall be going back to Montana in a few years, but at the present moment we are dieting!!!!!
