Hello! My mother(a Turkish citizen) passed away November 6, 2007. She owned property in Alanya under her name only. She left no will. Her surviving heirs; husband(has dual citizenship), 3 sons(who can not come to Turkey because they never completed their armed services)& a daughter(has dual citizenship). As the surviving heirs, how long do we have before one of us goes to Turkey to claim the inheritance? What must we do? |
